Professional Crew
We presently employ more than 4000 highly motivated and well trained seafarers from various nations on board of our ships, with a large number of seafarers on vacation. New crew is applying everyday. We are looking for the best in terms of their willingness to start a long term career with us. We are looking for crew who are loyal and who are setting the right course!
Our Crewing Department is made up of qualified personnel, with seagoing experience who use the latest software designed for the particular needs of ISN to manage the crew on board the ships in the most efficient way, on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year.
We want to remain competitive and keep our ear to the ground, to develop new crew markets and motivate ourselves and our crew. We aspire to excellence and first class performance. We simply want to be better then our competitors. All this we can achieve if we work together as a Team on shore and on board. We have further developed and streamlined our Personnel Department structure in order to maintain our good service to our crew and customers.
Each Crewing Supervisor and Superintendent attends the vessels assigned to them on a regular basis, to ensure that we keep direct contact with our crew.
It is worth noticing that Intership acknowledges equal employment opportunities on board all managed vessels regardless of gender, nationality or religion.
ISN employs crew directly and through its own agencies:
- Teamwork in Gdynia and Szczecin, Poland
- ASM (Associated Ship Management) in Manila, Philippines
and 3rd Party Manning Agencies:
- Trans W. Shipping in St. Petersberg, Russian Federation
- PERUN Crewing Agency in Kotor, Montenegro

In order to ensure the future demands to man our present and new-building Fleet, Intership Navigation heavily invested in Seafarers Training.
